Seeking a 12-month lease term or longer. Security deposit is equal to one month's rent. Water, trash, lawn and snow care are all included in rent. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Small pets under 25lbs may be accepted based on owner's approval and with a $300 non-refundable pet fee and $50/month.
