Value is OK. I would rate value higher if the laundry facilities were updated. They sorely need it. I have AT&T as my cellular provider and I get absolutely no service in my apartment. The conplex forces you to get Xfinity for home internet which I’m not a fan of either. Also the complex recently introduced valet trash service and I don’t care for it and especially don’t want to pay for it.”
