Verified residentReview source: verified residentNeighborhood is in a good convenient location. Neighbors keep to themselves, have not had a problem with noise. Occasionally will smell marijuana being smoked outside but it’s never unbearable. Value is OK. I would rate value higher if the laundry facilities were updated. They sorely need it. I have AT&T as my cellular provider and I get absolutely no service in my apartment. The conplex forces you to get Xfinity for home internet which I’m not a fan of either. Also the complex recently introduced valet trash service and I don’t care for it and especially don’t want to pay for it.
