    Very professional and knowledgeable management. Very clean building; brand new construction. Valet trash service. On site parking, street is free. Maintenance is always on top of any request and Very helpful. Online rent payment portal. Pool, outside grilling/party areas. Billiards room. Full service gym. Great location in old downtown Savannah. Dog friendly with dog spa and bark park.
