The second bedroom is currently being used as a den with a pull out sofa and the owners can add a standard sized bed to replace the sofa bed to the room upon request. The third bedroom, which has a Queen bed, is located on the left front corner of the home and it features 2 windows and a large closet. The second full sized bathroom has a glass enclosed shower and tub combo and is easily shared by both bedrooms.
The living spaces include the dining table, the family room, the kitchen and the laundry room. The home has a 2 car attached garage and there are sidewalks in front of the home which connect to miles of lighted sidewalks throughout Arborwood Preserve.
The Town Center at Arborwood, which is available to all tenants and it has amenities that include: a zero entry free form/lap pool, bocce, pickleball and tennis courts, a fire pit, a fitness studio, card rooms, a hobby and craft room and a movie theater. There is also Sunsets - a pool side bar and restaurant.

The Small Print:

All applications accepted online at www.mikezrentals.com. Listing office writes the lease on a Florida Supreme Court Approved Lease. There is a $30 per person rental office application fee and a $100 rental office application processing fee if approved. Additionally there is a $50 broker registration fee. This property has a 2 part approval process. The owner/mgmt company approves the tenants to lease the property and this includes a background and credit check, proof of income, etc. Secondly this property is located in a restricted HOA and all tenants (not children) must be approved by the HOA prior to commencement of a lease. It is the tenants sole responsibility to hand in any and all applicable HOA paperwork to the HOA and to give evidence of approval. Please allow a minimum of 21 days to process the HOA paperwork. There is a $100 HOA application fee. No pets allowed.
