3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home located in very desirable area in Dunedin. The home is 1300 square feet and has large windows offering lots of natural light.

After entering the front door, you will see the kitchen on your right. Dark granite countertops and grey back splash compliment the white cabinets nicely. Plenty of cabinets and counter top space in the kitchen as well as a small eat in area.

Exit the kitchen on either side to enter the spacious great room with honey colored flooring and a bay window. The room is large enough to use as both a living room and dining room.

A sliding door in the living room leads to a large screened porch and a shaded fenced in back yard. Great for kids to play, grilling, and hosting outdoor events. There is also a gate on the side of the house should you want to park a boat or camper behind the fence. You will also have use of the big shed in the back yard.

The master bedroom has vinyl plank flooring and a walk in closet and a private master bath with a step in shower. The two spare rooms have the same flooring as the master and they share a nice hall bath. It has the retro tile from the mid 60's and a tub shower combination. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The two car garage has a work bench, cabinets for storage and laundry area with a utility sink.

The home is walking distance to Dunedin HS, and the San Jose Elementary
