There is a 400 sq ft rock patio and a cute well-lit shed ready for enjoying your favorite hobby or just for extra storage. Some new landscaping in the next two weeks, chainlink enclosed above-ground garden is ready to till and plant your favorite veggies. On the back yard north side of the house, an enclosed driveway is big enough to park your recreational vehicle or boat behind the 6 ft privacy fence and off the street.
