Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe management is AWFUL. They required us to send an additional 300 dollars after move in due to “incorrect calculations”. They attempted to charge us for a brand new 600 dollar dishwasher and installation after it was broken when we moved in. We had renters insurance pay for an appliance that we did break, when renters insurance paid, they STILL claimed it was a late payment and attempted to give us delinquency. No one ever answers the phone, and property managers are basically non-existent.
