I’ve lived in apartments for the past ten years, and I can confidently say this has been my worst experience to date. I was not informed of the extensive construction plans prior to signing my lease, and I’ve been paying for amenities that have been largely inaccessible throughout my tenancy. My bike was stolen from one of the so-called “secure” bike rooms, and multiple packages have gone missing. Most of my attempts to seek support from the leasing office have been met with unresponsiveness and a lack of assistance.
Apartments are nice. The gym is lacking squat racks, bench presses, etc. hopefully the new pool will be maintained and not green this summer. Noise from Lincoln/ Broadway is loud, but the apartments are quiet if all you windows are closed for the most part.
