    The walls are thin. I can hear all neighbors, dogs, and sirens in the area. The washers in the laundry room leak. My shower never has consistent hot water. It’s hot and cold every shower. My neighbors dog urinates on the stairs causing the entire hallway to smell like urine. The location and price is great but this is a class F class property. You get what you pay for here….
