(No tobacco, marijuana, or vaping.) -Preferably a tenant interested in a long term lease. -We prefer a tenant interested in a long term lease. -This property is management by VIBE Management- all applications credit reports will be run through our management portal. We do not accept outside applications or credit reports. The application process including running credit is $49.00 per person. -Paying rent(s) thru the management portal is a requirement and there is a per transaction fee of $2.49 to pay by eCheck.
