If the credit score is below the “conditional range” the application will be rejected. Please see the Rental Process page for Co-Signer criteria.
4. NOTE: This home is located in a HOA community. Tenants are to abide by any and all HOA Rules & Regulations, and/or CC&R's (Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions), to avoid any fines.
