Maintenance does not communicate well with repairs and are always delayed. You have to apply pressure at the front office in order for them to take action. The amenities are not well dated and old. When we toured the apartments we were told we were getting all new appliances and lighting and flooring, but they had a flood and put us in an old apartment.
