Meaning their thoughts of how they see this place will take time to renovate and make it how they want it in the end.the area and neighbors is something some people will think twice about. It's statistics.Other than that the new renovation to the studios and the 1 bed looks promising.the rent is affordable but the area for some may seem a bit on the caution side
