ABOUT THE PLACE: House is very spacious and in a very safe upscale neighborhood notable for its palm tree-lined boulevards and several golf courses just 1-2 miles from five major supermarket chains and multiple service providers with just about every major commercial establishment (restaurants, entertainment and big box/chain stores) you can imagine within 5 miles. It's just a 20 min. drive to downtown/Central Phoenix but in an exclusive and safe suburb away from the urban mess - in fact we moved back to the West Valley suburbs where we lived up until 26 years ago to be in a nice, clean and safe area again - without paying exorbitant prices. With three major freeways (Interstate 10, Loop 101 and the newer Loop 303 that provides a quick and always traffic-free link to North Phoenix) just a couple miles away in three different directions, navigating anywhere in the Valley of the Sun is pleasantly convenient!

ADDITIONAL INFO:

* Each room is for one individual (sorry but no pets, couples or children being considered at this time)

* First month rent + security deposit of same amount required upon move-in- to be refunded in full upon departure if no loss, damage or failure to pay rent (security deposit may be used to hold until room is available, or up to two weeks if room is currently available)

* All prospective applicants with mutual interest upon interview must pay for and pass a standard background and credit check

* Shorter leases available: 3-month add 10% or month-to-month add 20%

* Smoking outside on patio only. Other general house rules will be disclosed upon interview and at renter's request

* First month rent + security deposit required upon move-in (deposit will hold until room is available, or up to 2 weeks max. if you are not ready to move in)
