Williams Gateway

I've only lived here for about 2 months but I already have run into many issues. The biggest of which is finding bugs everywhere. I sprayed insecticide in the hopes that the issues would stop but they persist and I can't tell if they're coming from the walls, the front door, or the ventilation. Prior to moving in, I had called management and they assured me that any roach problems in the past were taken care of and shouldn't have been an issue for me, which I'm starting to believe that was a lie. To add on more fuel to the fire, I live on the first floor and the ceiling is so thin that I hear every little sound and creak from the upstairs neighbors. I feel like if they take one wrong step, they're going to break through the floor and fall into my unit. Lastly, when I first moved in, I gave management a whole list of issues that needed tending to and yet only one thing was taken care of. They assured me that everything would be taken care of quickly but I'm still waiting and I see no signs of urgency from them. I unfortunately have nowhere else to go so I'm stuck here until I'm more financially stable enough to find a better place to move to, but this is so frustrating.
