I'm glad you are considering this house! 517 Paradise is located in the best neighborhood in the Islands, the Falls (aka Coral Point). The best features of this property include the gas fireplace, spacious master bedroom, vaulted ceilings, and easy access to the front gate. The backyard is completely enclosed, perfect for small pets to enjoy the nicer weather without worrying about pedestrians. The orange trees in the backyard provide shade during the hotter months and more privacy. We also just replaced with washer, dryer, refrigerator and garbage disposal with brand new units. As a renter, you'll also have access to the community pool and spa. And since this is part of the greater Islands community, you'll also have access to the Islands park and events, if you choose to sign up. You're also walking distance from one of the best coffee places in the East Valley, GrindTime. This is one of the only gated communities in the islands and sits comfortably off of the major streets (McQueen and Warner) avoiding much of the traffic. If you like walking, you'll really enjoy the greater Islands walk paths and quiet neighborhood. Some important notes: 1. There is no overnight street parking, so any vehicles will have to fit in the garage or the driveway and not hang over the side sidewalk (per HOA rules and state law) 2. Work trucks with clear company labels are not permitted for this property because any vehicle would be viewed from the street (HOA rules) As a landlord, I will be attentive to your needs, concerns and feedback.
