Management is friendly and on top of things. Maintenance responds quickly to requests.
No air conditioner. Management conducted an annual check on apartments, they left all my lights on and the dish washer running (when I don’t even use the dish washer and never leave any lights on when I leave the apartment). The closest garbage to my apartment was locked up for a good couple of months. Gym was inoperable for several months. The swimming pool water looks unclean and not maintained.
