I'm looking for: a good-natured, considerate woman (40+) who is stable, responsible, able to communicate, and has a secure income. I need someone who's able to maintain the apartment in a tidy manner and is willing to help out with a few chores, especially pathway maintenance. I value having a pleasant, relaxing environment. I am open towards building a friendship, but if a more professional situation is wanted, I can honor that and keep to myself. Besides the shared laundry area, the apartment is completely separate.
