EV charger is available using an adapter to the standard wall voltage in the garage. We do not have a EV specific charging station but we are set up to allow for the connection.
Additional services such as grocery service, recommendations on area attractions, pre-rental shipping/storage, etc are available upon request using our concierge service.
The neighborhood tends to be safe and we offer additional precautionary safety measures including a ring doorbell, alarm system that alerts you if a door is open, a camera, and motion detection lighting. The security system is not an activated unit but we can provide activation upon request for a small additional monthly fee. Fresh new carpets installed.
