Verified residentReview source: verified residentI know there have been changes in staffing and management. It would have been nice to receive some form of communication announcing new staff and their roles. Additionally, I have been trying to contact the leasing office regarding amenities for 2 weeks and still have not received a return email or call. There is also a need on campus for cleanliness and upkeep for hallway walls and stairwells.
