This 1951 home has original hardwood floors, a back patio, and large back yard has been fully fenced. There have been numerous upgrades in the over years (e.g., HVAC system, remodeled bathroom, vinyl windows, monitored alarm system, new front and back doors that include screened/storm doors, push button door locks, attic and basement insulation, etc.); however, most recently in January 2022, the kitchen was completely remodeled and a new roof installed.
Renter responsible for utilities. Owner pays for monitored alarm system with Ring doorbell. Up to two small pets can be consider with adjusted rent. Can include preinstalled fiber optic internet with adjusted rent as well. Prefer 2-year lease.
