Awesome neighborhood vibe. Home built in 1904 and partially renovated in 2000. Tile, hardwood, carpet, central heating and A/C. Walkable/cyclable neighborhood. Shared washer and dryer, kitchen, and bath. Street parking. Wi-fi. Fully furnished—bed, couch, dishes, etc. Great place for someone who isn’t fully stocked. Two blocks from shops, restaurants, and stores in the 9th & 9th area and the bus stop- 6 blocks from TRAXX. By car 10 minutes to University of Utah and Westminster- 35 minutes to Park City, 15 minutes to the airport, 5 minutes from downtown.

ABOUT US
Current residents: Two males who speak various languages (English, Japanese, Vietnamese, French, African languages). Serious, dedicated students at UU and SLCC. Tidy, respectful, and quiet. Also, live-in-landlord, female (English, Spanish).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for 1or 2 male roommates who are mature, tidy, respectful, kind, and honest. Sorry, no pets. We are looking for tenants who clean up after themselves daily, are good communicators, and take accountability.

AVAILABILITY AND LEASE TERMS
The room is available starting August 20 on a 1-year lease. Background and credit check required. No parties. First and last month’s rent due upon move-in. Fully refundable deposit of $300 with 30-day notice (ending on final day of month). $100 non-refundable cleaning deposit. Smoking Policy: No smoking on the property. Moderate alcohol OK.
