Verified residentReview source: verified resident1. Guest parking is very limited, those that were created for guess tenets occupy them. 2. I dislike the mail room set up. Very inconvenient. 3. There is a gurgling noise (loud) that comes from my master bathroom, it happens all the time to the point it keeps me up at night, I was informed there is nothing to do about it, the builders didn’t do an efficient job when designing the townhome. I absolutely love my townhome but not sure if it’s worth the value being that there is a constant noise in my master bedroom. maintenance is very responsive and friendly and the office staff are amazing.
