Verified residentReview source: verified residentMy neighbors door has been hanging ever since I’ve been at the Avalon Villas…one day I was almost injured by her door due to the strong winds and her door not being properly secured. Also, the apartment continues to have a pest problem…I have to lock my food in Tupperware. Half of the electrical sockets work and needs to be rewired and secured. However, I like the location and the area is mostly quiet.
