    I can hear mice when I sleep, some residents are noisy in the middle of the night, pool wasn't kept clean I wasn't able to use it the majority of the summer, when maintenance needed the office staff to order things they wouldn't or would take a long time to. Office manager extremely dismissive and rude, didn't have a main bedroom door for more than half my lease, had a roach, mice infestation and mold. The mold happened during the hurricane and I send them a maintenance req. With photo which they never acknowledged and had over a month to at least acknowledge it. My ac was out for almost a week and was just running hot air. I was told about my ac that this wouldn't effect my electric bill but it did and very majorly. My electric bill was 4 times the amount that it normally was during that month so that was untrue.
