Dakota Lofts is a gorgeous historic building in Houston’s Warehouse District right near downtown. A stunning 4 story building, built in 1911. This property was originally a paint factory. In 1993 it was artfully redone by Randall Davis as individual lofts — with no expense spared.
The term “Lofts” gets thrown around a lot. Every downtown or midtown property shoves ‘lofts’ into their name. But don’t be fooled. Most new properties in midtown/downtown have the same cookie cutter design. Zero originality. *yawn*
