Newman Village is really the best complex I’ve ever lived in. I’m a two time resident. It’s always clean, I always feel safe no matter what time of day I’m in the parking lot, walking the hallways or walking the neighborhood and the staff from the office to maintenance are very friendly and helpful. So if you’re looking for a nice complex, this is it. Oh and it’s a smaller complex. I love that as well.
It would be beneficial to put rounded mirrors in the garage to help drivers see who’s coming along the corners while turning. Only complaint is the bugs that come in sometimes but it’s not an everyday occurrence. Otherwise, everyone in the office is always pleasant and friendly, so are the maintenance people! I appreciate the constant cleaning that goes around and it shows.
