Make sure you're getting the value for your money. You pay more in Addison for lower quality and deal with more crime than you would moving to a nearby city like Richardson or Plano

Visit as many as you can. Get a feel for the leasing staff...if they care...then you are home.

Addison is a great place. Great restaurants and walk ability in the circle.

Find someone on the border of a County which puts you in range of other areas.

Look at the prices, area, and reviews.

If you are remote fine. Commuting I would check location first

Be patient, drive the areas at nights and weekends

Go visit and walk around to ensure cleanliness. I even talk to residents prior to signing.

Receive clarity on fees, ask to see unit before signing a lease, visit property to view scenery.

Look at how many cars stay parked during the week while everyone else is at work.

I guess restraunts, access to freeways and entertainment.

Check crime reports

Great for restaurants and convenience to other things to do

Realize being next to the stadium and all the events causes major traffic problems and rude people and distruption and chaos
