Once you’ve been approved, there is a $150.00 Reservation Fee. Paying this ensures your move-in date is guaranteed, and the home will be closed to other applicants.

You will have to pay a deposit ( which is the 10 dollars less than the rent ) along with a pro-ration of rent depending on what day you move in on, and your pet deposit( if you have one) in order to move in. ALL MOVE IN FUNDS MUST BE IN A MONEY ORDER.

We are a pet friendly!!!! Pet deposit of $250 for the first pet and $100 for each additional pet. 3 pet maximum. Also $25 a month in pet rent per month and an additional $10 for each additional pet. Pet rent is nonrefundable.
