You'll be walking distance from both cheap eats such as Fritanga Nicaraguan Cuisine, and award winning fine dining like The Lucky Accomplice. Vintage stores on Cherokee St, coffee shops on South Grand, and entertainment venues in Soulard are just minutes away. We highly recommend biking!
Utilities: All electric, no gas. Water, sewer, and trash are free.
Security Deposit: One month's rent
Move In Fee: $150
Pet policy: We are dog/cat friendly - two pet maximum. We charge a one time non-refundable pet fee of $200 at move in, no monthly pet rent.
Application Fee: $35 per applicant over 18.
Qualifications: 3x the monthly rent in income, 650+ credit score, no past evictions.
