Back inside, use the bathroom before we head upstairs- don’t make me say it twice. Okay, up top you get a nice office space, or den, or second living room?? The world (this giant apartment) is your oyster (your endless opportunity for room arrangements). Amazing bathrooms continue to abound, as do amazing closets, and ANOTHER back deck to overlook your grass lol OH AND DON'T WORRY ABOUT MOWING IT- lawncare included babeyyyyy

Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
We accept 2 cats or 1 dog up to twenty pounds, pet rent additional. Swans approved on a case by case basis. If you have a lizard or something small like that that floats your boat, they be rent free.
