Currently occupied, but tenant is moving out at the end of February. The add below references what we will be doing to the unit, as well as we will post pictures once the tenant moves out and we renovate the house. We expect the unit to be ready at the end of March, so if you are planning on moving and are interested in this location/house, let me know and we can work at showing it to you. We will accept a deposit prior to the house being finished upon approved application.
Freshly updated 2 bedroom/1 bath house with eat in kitchen area along with larger living room. Newer kitchen, new windows, along with new carpet/paint throughout. Bedrooms are defiantly on the smaller size (roughly 8x10) with closets, but is a very cozy house that is cheaper than renting an apartment (and is a good deal for renting a full house). Great neighbors, with other neighbors located further back on the property, like having a community within a community. Bathroom has a standing shower only.
Driveway is shared with 4 total units on this lot. Parking is available directly behind the house. Yards are individual and you will need to plan on mowing your portion of the lawn, or we can arrange to have someone do it for you at your expense (usually about $15-20/cut). Same with the leaves in the fall. You have a front and back yard area, of which most of the mowing will be up front.
For utilities, water and trash pick-up is included with the rent, but electric/gas are not and will need to be in your name. Please note the only person you will be dealing with is Erin, who will meet you in person. Anybody requesting a deposit or application fee without physically talking with you in person is a SCAM!
$30 application fee per adult. If approved, the fee will go toward move in costs. Security deposit is $1,375, along with first months rent, total move in cost is $2,550. Accepts Section 8.
