Verified residentReview source: verified residentLocation is great. I love my apartment layout but to have to pay $80 a month for parking in a public garage isn’t fair value. The rent is over 2k a month for a one bedroom with no amenities other than 2 rarely used courtyard is excessive. This was marketed as non-smoking but plenty of smokers live here and they don’t enforce this policy. I suffer from asthma and had to buy 3 air filters cus the smoke is so strong at times. Please do better.
