Verified residentReview source: verified residentMaintenance is very responsive but have a lot of recurring issues, parking is not free ! it’s 50 a month and 150 a month for the garage and there are barely parking spaces for tenants and you will get towed if you park in visitors with a parking pass but still need to pay pango like whaaattttt !!! but otherwise it has been a pleasant 10 months :)
