Lastly, a rustic eat-in kitchen with tile flooring awaits, as well as a light splashed 3-season porch. Step outside and you will feel in the 'burbs with a large fenced in yard (shared-use) with a patio, as well as plenty of off-street parking in your own driveway. Laundry is in the basement, along with a storage area. A 1/4 of a mile from bus lines on the Fellsway, 3/4 mile from Malden Center MBTA, and 2 miles from Assembly Row.
