Verified residentReview source: verified residentThe first time I visited this apartment complex, I loved the layout / design of the apartments. The space I have now is ideal for a person such as myself. The location is nice, because I am close to the destinations I spend majority of my time at on a regular basis. The leasing and maintenance staff are professional and polite. I am genuinely happier now that I live here as opposed to the last apartment location I previously resided at in the past.

Verified residentReview source: verified residentDasha from the office is amazing, but I have had an experience of talking to an unpleasant office personnel. Maintainence takes their time 90% of the time but there’s one really nice maintenance man who brings treats to my cat when he comes. The neighbors are kinda loud but you don’t get to choose your neighbors. Also the apartments are raising their rent even after the police shot and k*lled someone in these apartments just 2 months ago???

- We are a pet friendly community at Southport at Buck Creek! Cats and dogs are welcome with a $300.00 pet fee per pet. You may bring a total of 2 pets with you to your new home. Monthly pet rent is $30.00 per pet. If you are leasing online and you have multiple pets, please contact us at the leasing office at the end of the leasing process regarding the pet fees. You'll be happy to know that we allow dogs of all sizes, but do not allow the following breeds or dogs mixed with any of these breeds:
