LOCATION!! This charming 1 bed, 1 bath community is located in the heart of downtown Boise, just minutes from BSU campus, Greenbelt access, Morrison Knudsen Nature Center, Discovery Center of Idaho, and Zoo Boise.

The unit features a open living area and a complete kitchen with fridge and gas stove. Additional features include an on-site laundry facility, ceiling fans, gas heat and ample storage available with built in shelving in the bedroom and bathroom. There is also street parking and a small courtyard area available for tenants to enjoy, maintained by the owner.

UTILITIES:
The tenant is responsible for power and gas, and the owner provides water, sewer, trash, and maintains all yard care.

RENT:
