We offer 3 bedroom apartments for just $1015 a month! Currently we have very limited available. Our utilities include gas, electric and water in which you are responsible for paying. Our application fee is $40 for the first applicant and $25 for each additional responsible. Security deposits are based upon the application process and will range from $450 - $900.
