Verified residentReview source: verified residentIt’s going on two months being here. My AC does not work and I was told that the outside unit had to be replaced. It’s yet to be replace and instead I was issued a window unit ac. Which doesn’t satisfy the entire apartment if there is only TWO windows in the apartment which I use the window unit for my room. I don’t have any screens in my windows which presents a security issue. Things in my apartment still haven’t been fixed and I’ve yet to get any follow ups or updates. So I’m just observing the awareness of residents concerns and seeing how the property tends to them.
