Income minimum monthly (2.5 times rent). Proof of income must be submitted with the application. Last 4 paystubs, SS or SSI benefits if received, W9 is self-employed.
Copy of valid id must be submitted with the application.
All tenants 18 years + must fill an application cost is $75 each non refundable. All occupants must qualify.
Evictions or criminal background will be automatically denied.
Security deposit is based on credit. A higher deposit might be required depending on credit score.
