DO NOT use showing time. There is a carriage house in the back of the property that is leased to a long term tenant and a basement apartment which is also leased long term. There are no shared or communal spaces. All living and outdoor spaces are private and separate including parking, entry and exit. Month to month furnished. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis with a $500 non-refundable deposit per pet and $100 monthly charge per pet. $350 cleaning fee will be paid upon move out.
