Our location is near Seminole County Schools, one mile from Sanford Zoo and Sanford Marina, and only 30 minutes from several gorgeous beaches. We offer one and two-bedroom apartments with a vast array of amenities, including dual entrances from the bedroom and living room to the balcony, allowing an enormous amount of natural light into your home!
