~ 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 twin bed

~ Fully stocked and equipped kitchen with all the cooking essentials including coffee maker, toaster, blender, air fryer, waffle maker, pots and pans, utensils and more!

~ Spacious heated pool in a screened lanai with plenty of poolside space to hang out

~ Smart TVs in the living room and in the master bedroom. High speed internet to stream your favourite shows and movies. No cable.

~ Pets are welcome, for an additional one-time non-refundable cleaning fee of $200 (does not cover damages caused by the pet) and a refundable pet deposit of month rent ($1,250)

Rent of $5,000/month includes all utilities, high speed internet (wifi), pool cleaning and maintenance, and landscaping. Refundable security deposit is half month rent ($2,500). Minimum 1 month lease.
