I lived in Sarasota and was looking there as I work in Sarasota. The Value at Carlton Arms fit my budget. The people I have met are very nice . The gym is state of the art!! Bigger than most complexes. If u enjoy nature , there is a lot of beautiful birds to see ,, lakes, and a walking path along the riverfront with spectacular views of SWFL sunsets. If u don't mind a commute,, this is a peaceful place to come home to..
