    Trash collection is inconsistent, apartment maintenance was very poor upon move in, property upkeep is poor, all of the property has water drainage issues so the grass is very swampy and all the dog waste stations are in the middle of the swampy grass instead of near the sidewalk, grounds such as hallways and breezeways and parking lots are never cleaned, the “dumpster” area is actually just a huge stinking pile of trash with no dumpster in site, office is difficult to reach and disorganized and parking is inadequate.
