This condo community is pristine from the grounds and landscaping to the immaculate hallways that are adorned with cool artwork! It's so fancy, there are trash and recycling shutes so you don't even have to see the trash area, or lug everything down to a dumpster. More importantly, this 3rd story, East/South corner facing condo is fantastic with the tall ceilings and spacious surroundings. With about 1,300 square feet and natural light flooding in through the large immaculate, nearly floor to ceiling ( or it feels like it! ) windows in every room, it feels open, light and airy. The bedrooms are oversized, and have huge closets, the primary having the walk in closet. A large en-suite bathroom with a big glass enclosed shower with a bench seat can be yours to enjoy. The 2nd bathroom is down the hall and is also a great size with a bathtub. The second bedroom is across the hall from the bathroom, and has a double door step-in closet. The kitchen, living and dining room are all open to each other and has great light flowing in through all the windows.
