Our dishwasher has leaked on and off for the past few months and our washing machine will occasionally shake really aggressively and move itself out of place. The pool and gym are beautiful, and we use the dog wash frequently. We have had issues being wronglyfully charged for things, and have had even more issues with the leasing office addressing and fixing it. 9/10 times we have to reach out to the company that owns our complex to actually get the relief and answers we deserve. This wasn’t an issue when we moved in, but has become more frequent as the office staffing has changed.
