Large lot with mountain views, the house is located just outside the historic Lincoln Park area of Pomona, this home is walking distance to local schools, parks and a short drive to Cal Poly Pomona, Pomona College, Claremont Village, Claremont College, downtown Claremont, La Verne and Pomona.
To qualify, you need great income, excellent credit score and rental history.
