Patio is not furnished as the pictures show as we let the lounging furniture go after the Eaton Fire as we didn't trust that we could use those cushions anymore so it just has a teak wood bistro style table with 3 chairs at the moment.
The place is available as of June 1, 2026 but can be a bit sooner if needed.
